Now Im not trying to be rude
Im heading home after a short shift at work. Woke up this morning and went out with S to the what we call training center. A short but effective session contained a whole lot of exercises. For instance we ran the stairs, went all in for some tabatas and finished it with multiple sets ot of squats.
Now Im longing for a dinner with bestie who just started her shift. We are making green bean pasta with mushroom sauce and halloumi cheese. Promised to eat an extra carrot for Takumi so that I'll do. Cheers mates.
