I will take it all in a short summary. I cant describe this weekend in words so Ill just start off by saying that it has been eerything that I needed and a little bit more. First of all. I have got my dream job. Ever since the day I arrived here to Cairns, the thought of me working at the Frozen Yoghurt Store down the Esplanade would have been my number one goal. I applied there online where I sent my resume. Didn't get any answer and when the days went on I got to hear from the manager that they weren't looking for any staff atm. (Not for a shorter period of time). When I got hired at Re:Hab cafe I wasnt thinking of the job that much since I kind of had given it up... But one day I thought of sending Yo My Goodness another email where I sent a personal letter where I expressed how much I really care for this job and so on. One day after that the owner of the store replied to me and said that he had read my email. Two days after that I received a phone call from him(!) where he said that I was welcome for a trial. I couldn't believe it. I went there two times and after that the job was mine. I feel so much love. We don't add any sugar to our yoghurt, everything is pretty much organic and we only use local farmers milk and local farmers yoghurt so there's no such things as sugar, water, powder mix that other froyo stores are using. The yoghurt is made on site as well which makes it easy to exactly describe what's in it for our customers. The toppings are mostly superfoods but there are unhealthy alternatives as well which makes the place suitable for everybody --> (even fatties hehe;) My favorite topping is the lsa-mix wich is a blend made of crushed almonds, linseeds and sunflowerseeds.
