Okey, so yesterday was a good they since we finally got started with some serious training. We started off with a run down to the lagoon were we continued with a hard work out. Tabata-exercises were on the schedule and it was downright the most powerful thing I have ever done. You start with choosing an exercise such as burpees. For 20 seconds your doing it and then you get a 10 seconds rest. Do it 8 times and then you change exercise. It really empowers you to give it all and I firmly believe that this is something Im going to keep on doing.

Afterwards we rewarded ourselves with some afternoon shopping. I bought a dress in snake pattern (yes it was divine hehe) and then 2 bikinis. Sorry you know me, can't get enough of them. Here is a picture of one of them. LOVING Seafolly.
